Milestone Moments

Every business faces milestone moments. Milestone moments might include landing a large client you have courted for years, securing hard-to-get financing which will finally accelerate business development, hiring your first staff member, or opening up a second location. Just like in our personal lives, there are moments in our professional lives, which are significant. These moments should not pass without reflection and celebration.
Women entrepreneurs can become so focused on what it takes to succeed, that they forget to celebrate their successes. Accomplishments, whether they are big or small, should be acknowledged. These benchmark occurrences are essential for fueling the entrepreneurial spirit and keeping our passion alive. We can only move forward being keenly aware that everyday we are making progress towards a stronger and larger business.
